Guide to the Lightweight DD1.25 Pallet Inverter – Video Transcript
Hello and welcome to Premier Handling Solutions’ video series on running a safer and more efficient warehouse. Today’s video will focus on our DD1.25 Pallet Inverter, a pallet inverter that is especially great for lightweight loads.
What is the DD1.25 Pallet Inverter?
The DD1.25 Pallet Inverter is a lightweight pallet inverter that specializes in inverting lighter palletized loads. It is ideal for inverting finished goods like dairy products, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and stacks of paper.
The DD1.25 is not suited for overhung product loads or with pallets over 48 inches wide. The ideal load for the DD1.25 is a low volume application with a maximum weight of 2,750 pounds.
This pallet inverter itself only weighs 3,300 pounds which can easily be lifted by a forklift. The slender design and compact size of the DD1.25 make it easy to move across a warehouse and allow it to work in confined areas or difficult to access locations. The various guarding options make it safe to work around as well.
The DD1.25 Pallet Inverter is great for quickly and easily transferring wood pallets to plastic plastics or other hygienic pallets. It can also switch outgoing loads to shipping or expendable skids.
How to Use the DD1.25 Pallet Inverter
Step 1. Using a forklift or a pallet truck, place your pallet load into the DD1.25 with the new pallet upside down on the top of the load. Watch as we show that process:
Step 2. Using the inverter’s controls, clamp the load down and invert the load 180 degrees. Here is that process:
Step 3. Release the clamps on the load which will bring it back to its original loading height. Watch this process:
Step 4. Use your forklift or pallet truck to remove the palletized load from the inverter and you’re done!
There you have it! The DD1.25 pallet inverter is fast, compact, safe, and very easy to use!
